I have multiple pre-orders, so far. Only having received one, so far I can't complain. However the latest/2nd one to ship seems to have been held up at customs location in NY for a week. The travel path is Singapore - france - Jamaica - Inland USA. Makes me wonder if I needed to pay for the higher tier shipping.

Shipping partners tracking is very poor, probably not much you can do.

Not enough shipping updates and I would like an immediate eta after purchase.

My overall shopping experience with this store was very positive. Just to clarify, I purchased items that were currently in stock, not a preorder. The checkout process was completely smooth and hassle-free. Processing and dispatch took about a week, which is understandable. The international shipping itself took a bit long, but that was expected since I chose the standard economy option rather than express. Customer support was great—they replied within 24 hours and answered all of my questions clearly. All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase!

Some kind of alert that my shipping needed to be changed would've been greatly appreciated instead of waiting for a year for me to ask what was going on. But customer support was helpful and shipping was fast once it got corrected.
