US SHIPPING & TARIFFS UPDATE

As of 11th November 2025 (GMT +8), new orders/shipping upgrades to the US will be moved to a DDP format whereby the tariffs will be included in the shipping fees.

Orders are now only able to be shipped out if the tariffs and duty charges have been paid for.


Here's some questions you might have about your order




Q: I previously selected SingPost Epac, do I have to upgrade my Shipping?

Yes, as SingPost EPac no longer supports service to the US, you will need to upgrade your shipping to either DHL/FedEx or our new Standard Shipping to have your order shipped out.

New upgrades or orders from 11th November (GMT +8) will have the tariffs and duties included in the shipping fees.


Q: I have already selected/upgraded to DHL/FedEx before 11th November (GMT +8). What happens to my order?

If your order previously already selected/upgraded to DHL/FedEx before 11th November 
(GMT +8), the tariffs and duty charges have not been included in your order.

Kindly write in to us to include the tariff and duty charges in order to have your order shipped out.


Q: How do I tell if my order already has the tariff and duty charges paid for?

If your order was placed/upgraded from 11th November 2025 (GMT +8) onwards, your order will already have the tariff and duty charges included.

This will be indicated either by 'Shipping Upgrade - DDP' or 'Standard Shipping - DDP'. 

For FedEx/DHL orders, do take note of the date that the order was placed.

Do not hesitate to reach out to us to receive the updated invoice or confirm if your order requires any upgrading.


Q: I previously put my order on hold. How does this change things for my order?


When you would like to ship your order out, the shipping fees will be recalculated based on the new scheme with the tariffs and duties included.

Alternatively, you can have your order remain on hold with us till the original courier is available or the situation has returned to normal.
