ZENINTCG Customer Reviews

We love Zenin in this house

Very professional and pleasant to buy from, I've ordered multiple times and always had good experiences!

Everything Perfect!

Reliable service and it's clear that the team are also fans.

Kept me in the loop even after my shop app misinformed me on arrival date.

The product was exactly what I expected and the staff was surprisingly nice and willing to help me with all the inquiries I had through the purchase process.

Really nice experience. Buying/shipping proces has gone really smoth and nice!
Only thing I would improve is to have a warning/message on every product that, for the shipments to EU (and I guess also USA) there's an extra Taxes/VAT payment include with local countries. It's specified on the FAQ page, but it would be nice to have it on the "PLEASE READ BEFORE MAKING AN ORDER".

I like how responsive and honest you are.

Very good

Great customer service!! Quick replies to questions. This is my go to place for anything V-pets!!

Staff supported me with all the inquiries and doubts I had. Items arrived on time as promised during the preorder.

The vpet of course is amazing. The service was timely and arrived perfectly intact. Zenin has secured my business for digimon and a lot of other things! Thank you!

They forgot one of my orders, waited patiently for more than a month, emailed them then they realized of the overlook order. But items is all top notch.

It was shipped during the one rainy day of the year here but I can’t be mad at weathers timing. Nothing was ruined and even the stickers that I purchased were unharmed. Always happy when I purchase from Zenin

Great service

Great Store!

Would appreciate bubblewrap next time, thank you

When contacted customer service was good, and timely. They didnt have all the answers but did help out.

I've purchased all my digimon vpets and digivices from here, and I've been so happy with all my experiences. Thank you so much!

The delivery took a bit longer than expected but the package arrived in perfect condition

Great store support and shipping

so far i got everything i ordered

Zenin TCG, AMAZING!!! The staff respond quickly and respectfully to any questions or concerns that you as a customer may have. They have a great selection to choose from and are very knowledgeable in the products that they sell. As a 1st time buyer, I had a great experience shopping.

Everything was alright! ❤️ I had no problems

You are my one stop shop for Digimon merchandise. Just wish I could request for what kind of bonus card goodies I'd like to go for, but I understand if that was possible you'd run out.

This is the second digivice line I’ve gotten from them and I will continue to do so! Thank you so much!!!

I already bought severeal digivices from them... still waiting for some of the to release still but I already got two: The D-ARK 25th color evolution and the D-3 Digimon Detect & Discover 25th Color Evolution DX Set Paildramon Color. Both are amazing devices & came in time. You just have to be patient since some releases takes months... Great experience so far with ZeninTCG! They even send you a small present in every order! THANK YOU!
