US SHIPPING & TARIFFS UPDATE

As of 11th November 2025 (GMT +8), new orders/shipping upgrades to the US will be moved to a DDP format whereby the tariffs will be included in the shipping fees.

There will be no change in services offered (DHL/FedEx) as per our previous notification in August.


Here's some questions you might have about your order




Q: I previously selected SingPost Epac, do I have to upgrade my Shipping?

Yes, as SingPost EPac no longer supports service to the US, you will need to upgrade your shipping to either DHL/FedEx to have your order shipped out.
New upgrades or orders from 11th November (GMT +8) will have the tariffs and duties included in the shipping fees.


Q: I have already selected/upgraded to DHL/FedEx before 11th November (GMT +8). What happens to my order?

If your order was already ordered/upgraded to DHL/FedEx before 11th November 
(GMT +8), the tariffs and customs charges have not been included in your order.
You may then choose to recalculate your shipping fees to include the tariffs or keep your order and pay the tariffs only when your order has been processed by your local customs. Your selected courier will then reach out to you on how to pay for the tariffs.



Q: Why have shipping fees gone up by so much?

Unfortunately, express couriers like DHL/FedEx charge via volumetric weight so depending on the items in your order, the fees will increase accordingly.
Tariffs and customs duties are now included in the shipping fees as well.


Q: I previously put my order on hold. How does this change things for my order?


When you would like to ship your order out, the shipping fees will be recalculated based on the new scheme with the tariffs and duties included. Alternatively, you can have your order remain on hold with us till the original courier is available or the situation has returned to normal.
