In light of the recent policy changes, we just wanted to keep you informed about how the tariffs might affect your orders with us.

Current shipping situation

✅ EPAC shipments: No reported cases of tariff charges that we know of thus far
⚠ FedEx/DHL shipments: Potential tariff charges of 10-30% of item value

Why is this happening?

Several factors are contributing to these potential charges:

Manufacturing Origins – Many of our products are manufactured in China, which is now subject to stricter U.S. import regulations.
Updated U.S. Tariff Policies – The U.S. government has imposed new tariffs (typically 10-30%) on certain goods imported from China.
Duty-Free Exemption Review – Previously, shipments valued under $800 were often exempt from duties, but this policy is now under review for Chinese-made goods, meaning even small orders might be affected.

How can you minimize potential fees?

To help you navigate these changes, here are our recommendations:

✔ Choose EPAC Shipping When Available – Since we haven’t seen tariff issues with EPAC, this is currently the safest option to avoid extra charges.

✔ For Urgent FedEx/DHL Shipments, Be Prepared – If you need your order quickly and choose express shipping, budget for possible tariff fees (typically 10-30% of the declared value).

✔ Stay Updated – We’re closely monitoring the situation and will notify you if anything changes.
