New Worldwide Standard Shipping! (Yes, even for USA customers!)

We’ve listened to your feedback regarding shipping, and we are thrilled to announce the launch of our new Worldwide Standard Shipping option.

For far too long, our previous partnership with SingPost created frustrating experiences, from unreliable tracking to longer than expected fulfillment times.
We know this wasn't the level of service you deserve, and we ultimately made the decision to end that partnership to find a better solution for you.

Introducing a Smarter, More Reliable, and Cheaper Way to Ship

As of last month, we have officially partnered with a new global carrier to bring you a significantly improved standard shipping method.
Here’s what this means for you:

• Enhanced Reliability: Say goodbye to uncertainty. Our new global carrier partner provides a much more reliable shipping experience with better tracking and smoother delivery.

• Major Cost Savings: This new standard option is significantly cheaper than our express DHL/FedEx services, giving you a high-value, budget-friendly choice without compromising on reliability.

• Faster Fulfillment: We’ve also implemented smarter packing and logistics processes behind the scenes. This means once your items arrive at our warehouse, we can get them out the door to you faster than ever.

Important Information for Our USA Customers

For our customers in the United States, this new Worldwide Standard Shipping comes with an added benefit: it is a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) option.
This means that all applicable tariffs and duties are now included in the upfront shipping cost you pay at checkout. 

No more surprise fees upon delivery!

What if I had a previous order on hold or with SingPost?

We've made the transition as smooth as possible:

• Orders on Hold: When you're ready to ship your order, the fees will be recalculated based on our new shipping scheme, which includes the tariffs and duties.

• Orders with SingPost EPac: As SingPost EPac no longer supports service to the US, you will need to select either our new Standard Shipping or DHL/FedEx to have your order shipped.

As always, our customer service team is here to own the resolution if any issues arise you won’t be left chasing the courier alone. If you have any questions about the new rates or which option is best for you, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
