Shipping & Tariffs Update to USA

Some recent changes in US trade policies mean we need to adjust how we get your favorite goodies to your doorstep. We always promise to be upfront with you, so we’re breaking it all down here, what’s happening, why, and most importantly, what your options are.

So, What Exactly Changed?
In a nutshell, two big rules for packages entering the U.S. have shifted:

Goodbye, "De Minimis" Rule:
This was like a free-pass threshold for smaller orders (under $800). Now that it’s gone, every single package, big or small, may be subject to customs duties and taxes.

New Tariffs Are Here:
There are also new import taxes that focus on where products are made. Since our toys are made in China, they now fall under these new rates.


What This Means When Your Package Arrives
Because of these two changes, when your order reaches the U.S., customs will hold it to calculate these new fees.

This means you should expect to pay an additional import duty to receive your package. Our best guess? It will likely be 30% of your order's total value.

A quick but important note: This isn’t a fee from us—it’s a tax from U.S. Customs. You’ll pay it directly to the courier when it has arrived in US

A Pause on Our Standard Shipping
Our usual shipping partner, Singpost ePac, has paused all shipments to the USA. For now, we can’t send orders via standard mail.

Your Two Paths Forward: Choose What's Best for You!
If you have an order with us or are thinking of placing one, don’t worry! We’ve got a couple of ways we can help.

Option 1: Let’s Upgrade Your Shipment! (FedEx/DHL)
If you’re excited to get your order ASAP, we can upgrade it to a speedy express courier like FedEx or DHL

The Good: 
These shipping pros are amazing at handling the new customs process. They’ll get your package through smoothly and to you super fast!

The Not-So-Fun Part:
Shipping has gotten more complicated and, honestly, more expensive. Upgrading means there’s an extra shipping cost, and you’ll also have that customs fee (that 30%) to pay directly to the courier upon delivery.

Option 2: Try to wait it out!
We understand if you’d rather wait for the storm to pass. For any current order, we’re happy to offer a "Wait" option.

The Good: 
We’ll safely hold your order with us at absolutely no extra cost. We’ll only ship it out if and when those affordable standard shipping options make a comeback!

The Catch:
As we do not know when the Tariffs will change or Singpost Epac service will resume, your order will be on hold until then.
